The bundles
Credit you spend whenever you like. Bundles do not expire: credit that evaporates in December produces a phone call, not revenue.

Where it crosses over
At 7 analyses a month a bundle costs roughly what the subscription does. Above that the subscription wins; below it you pay only for what you use. That number is computed from the prices above rather than written down somewhere else, so it stays true when a price changes.
Switching is possible at any time. Bundle credit you already hold stays put while you are on a subscription, and comes back into play if you cancel.

The small print that should not be small
All amounts exclude 21% VAT. For a business customer in another EU country the VAT number is requested and VAT is reverse-charged; the checkout handles that itself.
The 14-day trial applies to anyone who has never had a subscription before. You do give a payment method up front and nothing is charged until the period ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing.
The first analysis is free and produces a full report, no watermark and no card details. A crippled demo convinces nobody who has to judge whether the report belongs in a clinical record, and that is precisely what needs judging.
About paying
- Do I get an invoice?
- Yes, for every payment, with VAT number and everything bookkeeping needs. Bundles too, because those are separate purchases and have to be booked.
- How do I cancel?
- One button in your settings. No retention call and no three-month notice. What you have paid for runs out; after that it stops.
- What happens to my records if I stop?
- They stay, because they are in your browser and not with us. You can export them to a single file. Analysing stops; reading does not.
- Is there a discount for multiple sites?
- The subscription covers one practice. If you have several sites under one organisation and want them together, get in touch; that is a conversation rather than a button.
- Does a failed analysis use a credit?
- No. Credit is only spent once the analysis succeeded and the recording passed the quality checks. A clip that was too dark or too slow costs you nothing but the trouble.
